Whether you require tailored measurements for a unique fit, custom color combinations, or personalized design adjustments, our master artisans handcraft every garment to order with exquisite attention to detail. Designed with premium, skin-friendly fabrics, we ensure your child feels as comfortable as they look elegant.

How It Works:

  • Select Your Style & Details: Choose your base design and specify your custom requirements in the order notes or via email.
  • Provide Measurements: Submit chest, waist, shoulder-to-floor length, and your event date.
  • Artisanal Craftsmanship: Our dedicated team meticulously cuts, sews, and hand-finishes your garment.
  • Express Dispatch: Thoroughly inspected and steamed before fast dispatch straight to your door.

Important Notes (Please Read Before Ordering):

  • Production Lead Time: Custom-made items require a tailoring window of 2–3 weeks before dispatch. We strongly recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks prior to your event date to allow for transit.
  • Measurement Accuracy: Please measure carefully following our Size Guide. For growing children, adding a slight growth buffer is advised. Little Ivory is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect customer measurements.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Order amendments or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once tailoring and fabric cutting begin, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Final Sale / Non-Returnable: Due to the personalized nature of custom garments, bespoke items are final sale and non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Handmade & Color Variations: Minor variations in lace placement, dye lots, or screen display calibrations may occur, reflecting the unique handmade quality of each bespoke piece.
