Size Guide

Size Guide

Our size charts show garment measurements (the dress/suit itself) in cm and inches. Please measure your child first, then choose a size with a little room for comfort.

1) How to Measure (Body Measurements)

Use a soft tape measure. Measure over light clothing, not over bulky layers. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure twice for accuracy.

Tip: The diagram shows where to place the tape for common dress/suit measurements.

2) IMPORTANT: Size Charts Show Garment Measurements (Not Body Measurements)

The measurements shown on each product page are garment measurements, not body measurements. That means the garment should be slightly larger than the body to allow comfortable movement.

3) Between Sizes? Choose the Larger One

If your child is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size, especially for:

  • fitted bodices / structured dresses
  • long events (weddings / parties)
  • layering (petticoat, bloomers, thermal layer)

4) Notes & Tolerances

  • Manual measurement may vary by 1–3 cm (0.4–1.2 in).
  • Fit may vary slightly by fabric and design (lace, tulle, satin, structured bodice).
