Where We Ship

We ship to Australia (metro + regional) and New Zealand. If checkout won’t accept your address, please email us and we’ll be happy to help.

Order Processing Time

• Daily Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (AEST). Orders received prior to this time are meticulously prepared and handed over to our carriers on the same business day whenever possible.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

1. Australia

• Free AU Shipping: On orders AU$99.00+ (after discounts).

• Standard AU Shipping: AU$14.95 flat rate for orders under AU$99.00.

• Transit Time: 7–12 business days.

• Total Delivery Time: 8–15 business days (Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days from the order date. Metro areas are usually faster).

2. New Zealand

• Free NZ Shipping: On orders AU$130.00+ (after discounts).

• Standard NZ Shipping: AU$27.00 flat rate for orders under AU$130.00.

• Transit Time: 7–12 business days.

• Total Delivery Time: 8–15 business days (Please allow 10–15 working days total from the order date to your event date).

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. You can also track your parcel anytime using the Track Order page on our website.

Address Checks & Incorrect Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to collect, we can resend it; however, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If anything arrives damaged or missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
